We looking for a Field Sales Representative!

Job Description:

• Proactively seeking new opportunities and generating personal leads continuously to schedule quality meetings with new clients – from incoming leads, existing lead lists, proactive work by browsing the web, or door-to-door (D2D) efforts.
• Visiting the business premises (occasionally Zoom meetings) to present Konimbo's e-commerce solutions and securing client agreements with the understanding that the client is committed to an active and successful store.
• Conducting regular and continuous follow-up with leads and potential meetings according to team protocols.
• Responsible for collecting full payment from clients.
• Regular and complete updates of the Pipedrive CRM system.
• Responsibility for continuous professional learning and staying updated with competitors.
• Participation in weekly team meetings, team training sessions, and individual meetings.

Required Experience:

• At least two years of field sales experience (B2B advantage).
• Familiarity with the digital/e-commerce world – an advantage.
• Experience in proactive work – a must.
• High-level persuasion and articulation skills.
• Ability to work independently with personal responsibility and a results-oriented approach.
• Creativity in leading clients to the solution that suits them.
• Service-oriented.
