Business Operations Manager

We are looking for Business Operations Manager with leadership and analytical skills to join our fast growing company and to grow with us. You will drive day by day execution and efficiency through data-based decisions and problem-solving.

What You'll Do

• Ensure all Business operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
• Manage the quote-to-cash process, including quoting, order management, and revenue recognition
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Information Systems, Finance, and Legal, to ensure smooth and efficient sales operations processes
• Lead strategic partnership programs
• Lead and manage process improvement, automations and projects
• Perform quality controls and monitor company’s business KPIs
• Lead urgent projects, prioritize tasks and overcome obstacles that come your way
• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of our business models and products
  
  

• Degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Law or Accounting
• Experience in sales operations or project management roles - an advantage
• Experience with commercial Legal processes - an advantage
• Outstanding organizational and communication skills and leadership ability
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
• Familiarity with business and sales processes principles
• Fluent in Hebrew and Professional Working Knowledge of English
• Strong Excel skills.
• Experience solving complex problems, exercising good judgment in decision-making, and navigating ambiguous environments.
• Ability to simplify difficult problems into actionable and solvable tasks.
• Strong attention to details, and obsessed with process improvement
• Comfortable learning and adapting to new concepts and using new tools and grow with the role.
