Nice is looking for a rock star product manager to manage innovative Contact Center (CC) recording & integration solutions. will have the challenge of building future market-leading CC recording & integration solutions that will be used by millions of users and have a passion for delivering great innovative products.

As a Member of NICE, you will Manage the complete product life cycle from concept through execution and roll-out and lead corporate functions to develop and execute effective go-to-market plans including closely working with sales, pre-sales, marketing, and portfolio teams.

You will Continuously develop and refine the vision and strategy for NICE CC recording & integration solutions, maintain a deep understanding of the market, the eco-system, the business environment, existing customers, and prospects, and collaborate with presales, sales, partners, and customers to maintain product knowledge, ensure clear communication, and enable ongoing business.

You will create and maintain the product roadmap and backlog, derived from the product vision, strategy, and go-to-market, and lead R&D to deliver on the product backlog with high quality taking time to market into mind.

• As a product manager, you will make a significant impact by determining market needs and user requirements through comprehensive research and analysis, ensuring our products address genuine pain points and deliver value.
• You will prepare detailed product roadmaps and strategic plans, aligning stakeholders and resources to meet business objectives effectively.
• Enhancing user experience will be a focal point, achieved through iterative design iterations and feedback-driven improvements.
• You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, fostering a cohesive environment where ideas flourish and innovations thrive.
• Implementing agile methodologies and iterative development cycles will enable us to adapt swiftly to changing market dynamics and customer feedback. Moreover, you will champion data-driven decision-making, leveraging analytics and user insights to drive product enhancements and optimizations.

Have you got what it takes?

• 3-4 years of software product management experience in cloud and on-premises systems, delivering enterprise-grade solutions.
• Influencing and making decisions that are global and span multiple stakeholders.
• Strong technical understanding, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Performing business and technology analyses, based on product needs and industry trends.
• Developing concepts into business
• Working in and providing leadership in a cross-functional team environment.
• Communicating effectively at all levels, from executive management to individual contributor
• Working successfully with clients and business partners directly
• Solving problems in high-pressure situations
• Excellent negotiation skills to resolve internal and external competing priorities.
• Juggling multiple projects, simultaneously.
• Ability to travel to customer and non-customer sites globally (25%)
• Knowledge of enterprise software trends and technologies
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, preferably Computer Science or Engineering
  
  

You will have an advantage if you also have:

• Knowledge in IP telephony domain and/or compliance recording – Advantage.
• Knowledge and experience in Cloud architecture (Azure/AWS) – Advantage.
• Knowledge in IP networking and infrastructure – Advantage.
