We seek a passionate Electrical Engineer Team Leader to join the Hardware team, in our office TLV.

Responsibilities - what you will be doing:

• Lead and mentor Electronics and Embedded teams
• Designing our next leap in autonomous systems
• Lead the design and layout of PCBs for autonomous systems
• Ensure PCB designs meet performance, reliability, and manufacturability requirements
• Guide the design and implementation of embedded systems for control and communication in robotic devices
• Ensure optimization and troubleshooting of embedded systems for optimal performance and reliability

Requirements - Do you happen to know if this describes you?

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering from a top university -Must
• Team lead proven experience -Must
• Circuit diagnostic and failure analysis – Must
• Strong background in designing electronic circuits, embedded systems, and PCBs
•  Proficiency in using CAD tools for schematic capture and PCB layout – Altium/OrCAD
• Proven experience in leading electronics, embedded teams, and managing projects
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
• Fluent in English and Hebrew- speak, write, reading

Advantages:

• Programing knowledge in languages such as C, C++, and Python
• Experience in automotive electrical systems, sensors, and protocols
