About the role

As a SRE & DevOps Team Leader, you will develop and maintain Ludeos infrastructure on top of AWS, as part of that you will manage the CI/CD processes and own the production stability and costs. We are looking for an employee who will be able to grow with the company and leading the infrastructure domain as it evolves

Responsibilities

• Plan, deploy, scale, and maintain our AWS infrastructure stack for testing, staging, and production.
• Design and implement CI/CD processes
• Monitor the availability and performance of our production
• Assure that production availability meets 99.99% SLA
• Goto person in all infrastructure topics and decisions
• Lead a team of professional and ambitious DevOps engineers
• Manage external NOC team

Requirements

• With over 6 years of experience as a DevOps professional, including a minimum of 2 years in a team lead role within a startup or dynamic tech environment.
• In-depth experience with AWS
• Strong understanding of Web Apps and distributed systems serving millions of users
• Experience with building CI/CD processes
• Experience with Docker Containers, Kubernetes, or equivalent
• Knowledge and experience with managing SQL and Nosql databases in production
• Proactive, highly motivated individual with a high work ethic and goal-oriented approach
• High availability on non-working hours to handle production incidents
