We are looking for an experienced, passionate and strategy-to-execution kind of person to join our superfamily as Full Stack Team Lead.

WeSki is rebuilding the $80B ski travel industry from the ground up with the world's first self-service platform for booking an entire ski trip in just a few clicks.

Our dynamic package technology is already connected to hundreds of suppliers via API integrations. The platform empowers customers to plan, compare, book, and fully customize their ski holiday by providing real-time prices and availability for millions of ski trip combinations including accommodations, flights, transfers, ski passes, ski gear, and ski lessons.

Once skiers are on their trip, WeSki's technology continues to provide a stress-free experience by automatically coordinating all trip components, so skiers can relax and enjoy their ski holiday without worrying about the logistics.

We released our product just a bit less than 3 years ago and are already approaching $100M in sales while growing profitably!

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage a team of 4-5 full-stack engineers.
• Play a big part in architecting and developing WeSki’s core product.
• Lead, teach, and support the team personally and professionally.
• Handle day-to-day task management and code review.
• Stay hands-on and love pushing code.
• Report directly to the co-founder & CTO & work closely with the product team and other stakeholders to make sure we're bringing our company vision to life in the best way possible.
• Bring innovation and new initiatives to implement modern engineering practices across the organization to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Set up and keep refining a smooth, flexible, and fast development process that's always getting better.
• Encourage openness and learning from mistakes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams in startups, particularly during periods of rapid growth.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience working as a full-stack developer in a product-centric team.
• BSc in Computer Science or military service in a technological unit such as 8200.
• Extensive experience with Node.js, React.js, TypeScript and NoSQL.
• Extensive experience with cloud technologies such as AWS or GCP.
• Experience in architecture and design of large-scale and high-performance web production systems
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills, good vibes and get s**t done attitude.
• Entrepreneur spirit - you’re going to take a huge part in our success, a can-do spirit is a must.

We’re based in Herzliya and work on a hybrid work model.
