Process Engineer

The Process Engineer defines, leads, coordinates and performs system performance research assessments and optimization tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Multidisciplinary system performance & process optimization

• Detailed definition of performance requirements for system and modules
• Definition of modules for process control
• Definition of process (recipe) setup parameters and tool parameters
• Design of experiments for modules and system performance evaluation
• Coordination/ execution of system/modules experiments
• Data analysis and reporting of experiments, recommending improvement path
• System performance optimization
• Training of application engineers and tool owners
• Initiation of system IP activities
  
  

• 5 years of experience in working with complex multidisciplinary systems (3D printing – preferable)
• Good analytical and data processing skills
• Good English skills – written and spoken
• Good communication skills in inter-cultural environment and team work ability
• Ability to work in a methodic and orderly manner
• Good learning ability and presentation skills, including written and verbal analysis of complex technical problems
• Experience in developing SW tools for data processing (including Matlab, Python, R, Advanced Excel, etc.)
• Flexibility under technical and schedule constraints
