Product Team Lead

Responsibilities:

• Engage with markets: Utilize insights from customers, partners, and advisory board to gather feedback, shaping the product roadmap, vision, and competitive analysis.
• Develop and execute product strategy aligned with company goals and market trends.
• Plan roadmap: Collaborate with executive leadership, stakeholders, and product teams to define and prioritize the product roadmap and enhance user experience.
• Execute products: Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch.
• Establish processes: Implement structured work processes within the department.
• Measure performance: Define KPIs and metrics to evaluate product success.
• Foster collaboration: Work closely with R&D, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support to ensure departmental alignment.
• Lead teams: Mentor a team of product managers and designers, fostering their development.
• Report to CEO: Directly report to the CEO and contribute to strategic decisions.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Proven track record in product companies or consumer mobile applications
