Automation Test Lead

We are looking for an experienced Test Automation Lead with a burning passion for delivering high quality Fintech products.

Responsibilities:

• Define and implement a comprehensive test automation strategy aligned with our software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Lead the development and maintenance of automated test code, ensuring they achieve maximum test coverage and efficiency.
• Collaborate with software development leads to identify key areas for automation and prioritize test cases, managing dependencies and ensuring alignment with broader project objectives.
• Track the progress of test automation development, proactively identify and mitigate risks, and implement solutions to meet sprint
• Mentor and guide junior test automation engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Analyze test results, identify bugs, and work with developers to resolve them effectively, ensuring clear communication and timely issue resolution within sprint constraints
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in test automation technologies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on test automation, at least 2 years of experience in automation.
• Proven experience in defining and implementing test automation strategies.
• Experience in building and maintaining a robust test automation infrastructure.
• Expertise in designing and developing automated test scripts using industry-standard frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, etc.).
• Experience working in an Agile/DevOps environment.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
