We're searching for a seasoned Senior Product Manager to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our industry-leading DevOps platform. You'll be responsible for driving the strategy, roadmap, and execution for a key product area within the CodeFresh CI/CD platform. In this role, you will engage and collaborate with customers, sales, marketing, customer support, and engineering to ideate, qualify, prioritize, implement, and measure the impact of new product features.

The ideal PM will bring a combination of product management experience in B2B, catering for the IT/developers/Devops target market. Codefresh has been acquired recently by Octopus Deploy and together we are going to become THE standard of continuous delivery, in our journey to make complex software deployment a fun and easy thing to do.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own the full product lifecycle from ideation to extraction of business value.
• Be the ‘product owner’ role for fast-moving agile development teams.
• Create and drive product plans, feature specifications, and designs.
• Guide and work closely with the dev team throughout the development cycle.
• Solve complex product-related problems, make decisions, and complete trade-off analysis to stay on track towards business goals.
• Drive input from customers and ensure effective cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Define, analyze, and track metrics assimilating results into product direction decisions
• Communicate status and roadmap to management and other stakeholders.
• Perform market and competitive research to ensure the Codefresh platform stays innovative and competitive.
• Champion a data-driven approach to product development, leveraging user data and analytics to inform decision-making.

You're the ideal candidate if you have/are:

• B.Sc. in computer science or a quantitative major
• 4+ years of Product Management experience at enterprise software SaaS companies
• Technical background
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
• Passionate about delivering an innovative product that changes the way software is delivered
• Demonstrated success working with development teams in agile methodology to deliver products to market
• Strong analytic problem-solver, high attention to detail, innovative, entrepreneurial
• Experience working in a globally distributed environment
• Experience working in a dynamic startup environment

Nice to Have

• Product Management experience in the DevOps industry
• Technical experience in software development/DevOps engineering
• Good understanding of Kubernetes core concepts and ecosystem
• Experience with Argo open-source projects and ecosystem
