We are seeking a Backend Tech Lead to join our R&D team and contribute to the development of our innovative product. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage day-to-day operations, including sprint ceremonies, code reviews, and technical designs, ensuring seamless execution.
• Lead by example, fostering a culture of excellence and motivation within your team to continuously enhance the Codefresh product, all while maintaining our high-quality standards and agile principles.
• Collaborate closely with company leadership, product managers, and designers to architect, prioritize, and iterate over product functionality, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Recruit and mentor top-tier engineers and team leads to strengthen the Codefresh core SaaS Product team.
• Drive innovation and provide a clear technological strategy to guide your team towards success.

You're the ideal candidate if you have/are:

• 6+ years of experience in a software development role, demonstrating proficiency in various technologies.
• Experience leading software development teams as a Tech Lead with a proven ability to inspire and manage high-performing teams.
• Hands-on experience with Node.js, Go, Kubernetes, Docker, Cloud technologies, and SaaS B2B Product development.
• Deep understanding and practical experience with Agile and Lean product development methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
