Project Manager

As a worldwide leader for farm climate control and automation, Munters is looking for a Senior Project Manager and Agile leader with the mission of coordinating all the teams during the project planning and execution and supervising the correct application of the Agile principles within the development teams.

More specifically, the responsibilities will include:

• Project management
  • Maintaining the overall project portfolio to track all the on-going activity streams.
  • Lead the preparatory activities to come to committed plans, with clear goals, scope, deadlines and allocated resources
  • Coordinate all the teams (both internal and third parties/vendor) during the execution to make sure that dependencies are properly managed
  • Monitor the project progress in Azure DevOps system (TFS) by tracking all the milestones, change requests and KPIs
  • Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies or escalate to management as needed
  • Ensure clear communication and reporting to all the relevant stakeholders, including the management
  • Work according to structured and documented processes
• Agile supervision
  • Act as the Agile champion within the organization, promoting and guiding Agile methodologies
  • Make sure that every team leader follows Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups etc.) and manage the activities accordingly
  • Conduct Scrum of Scrums
  • Lead regular sprint retrospectives with the related follow up actions

Requirements and skills

• Three or more years of project management experience
• Experience in leading SCRUM with the relevant ceremonies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent presentation skills
