Project Manager

CEMax, a leading company in customer experience management, would like to hire a project manager with experience in enterprise software implementations.

The Project Manager must have prior experience with customer service platforms such as CRM, Call centers, Customer Engagement, and Omnichannel.

Responsibilities

•  Implementation of CEMax's software project for the company's customers.

•  Set project timeline and managing schedules/steering meetings

•  Working with the company's developers and performing software tests.

•  Analyzing the situation, defining requirements, and understanding the organization's business processes.

•  Monitor project deliverables by budget.

•  Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress

•  Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them

Qualifications

•   Experience with customer service platforms such as CRM, Call centers, Customer Engagement, and Omnichannel.

•   Strong business acumen in project planning and management

•   Experience with Asana project management software
