Product Manager- Legal-Tech

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead our LegalTech product sector. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day implementation of our revolutionary AI legal technology solutions that match the needs of the legal business. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background, preferably AI and Gen-AI experience.

This position requires proven product management experience ranging from roadmap planning, detailed product requirements, agile work items, and ceremonies management.

Any background in the legal domain and industry is a significant benefit.

Responsibilities:

• Implementation of the product's strategy and vision, and make sure it’s aligned with the company's overall objectives and market trends in the legal industry.
• Market research: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, product-market fit, and customer needs within the legal technology space.
• Product roadmap: Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on strategic initiatives, customer feedback, and market opportunities, ensuring alignment with business goals and resources.
• Product development: Lead cross-functional agile teams through the product development lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to design, development, and launch, while maintaining focus on quality and timeliness.
• User experience: proven experience as Product lead pivot. Champion a user-centric approach to product development, leveraging usability testing, customer feedback, and data analytics to continuously improve the user experience and drive user engagement.
• Compliance and security: Ensure that all product features and functionalities comply with relevant legal regulations, data privacy laws, and security standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of product management experience, with a focus on technological product management- a must.
• Deep understanding of the legal domain, ecosystem, and industry, including law firm operations and regulatory requirements- a huge advantage.
• Deep Knowledge and understanding of the latest trends and capabilities in the AI, gen. AI and NLP ecosystem.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing B2B software products, preferably in the legal domain.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams and drive consensus among stakeholders.
