Senior Product Manager - Cyber expert

A leading Cyber Security company is seeking for a Senior Product Manager to lead its Next-Gen Product.

The Senior PM will be focused on the next-gen agent and can lead top-tier endpoint engineers to build the most efficient, flexible and modular endpoint protection agent.

Responsibilities:

• Own the next-gen agent product roadmap and vision with deep collaboration with security product PMs, security researchers, support and field teams.

• Manage the roadmap and planning while balancing short-term goals and long-term vision.

• Be customer-focused, with empathy for customer experience.

• Design a measurable product with telemetry, usage analysis, NPR/NRR scores.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager building products for large enterprises.

• 5+ years of experience in security research, malware analysis, anti-viruses, Windows APIs, Mac ESF, Linux eBPF, detection engineering OR working in a security operation center (SOC) / Incident Response OR experience as a technical sales engineer in cyber security companies - a MUST.

• Strong technical background. Experience in simplifying complex technical problems, and knowledge and understanding of how security operations work in enterprise environments.

• Ability to cooperate and to work well with security research teams and to bring innovative thinking to bridge the gap between the depth of the technical solution, to the simplicity required for the day-to-day work of our users.

• Experience in collaborating with UX design teams in product designs, ensuring designs meet the customer use cases.
