Role Description

We are seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, handling complaints, and promoting a positive customer experience. This is an on-site role and you will be expected to work at our location in Beer Sheva.

• Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Experience skills
• Customer Support skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to handle customer complaints and provide efficient solutions
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in customer service or related fields is a plus
