Chief Architect

Chief Architect for Governmental Organization in Jerusalem

Seeking a highly experienced and senior Chief Architect to lead technological and infrastructural processes. Requires 6+ years of experience and leadership of tech teams.

Location:

Jerusalem, Hybrid Work Model

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage tech processes.
• Evaluate and adapt global technologies for organizational needs.
• Recommend technology upgrades/replacements.
• Provide high-level services in systems architecture.
• Design complex systems and select implementation technologies based on international standards.
• Address high-complexity architectural challenges.

Additional Requirements:

• Establish and lead a new Data Division, including a data lake on Google BigQuery.
• Evaluate data tools, enable self-service, and process data into insights.
• Plan and establish AI tools to enhance governmental processes.
• Oversee architects, data engineers, data scientists, and UX designers.
• Open infrastructure to the cloud, replace tools, hire consultants, and define new products.
• Responsible for overall data system vision, planning architecture, and integrating components.
• Work closely with the organizational CDO to advance data and AI domains.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience.
• Proven leadership in tech teams.
• Expertise in designing complex systems and selecting technologies.
• Extensive knowledge in data architecture, data analysis, and AI.
