Project Management Officer

We are seeking a PMO with a technological background to join a complex and fascinating multi-year information systems project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop project work plans.
• Create an integrated plan by analyzing and connecting work interfaces in scope planning.
• Monitor and control the pace and progress of system development and production, ensuring timelines are met.
• Lead synchronization processes and resource management within the program.
• Measure KPIs.
• Analyze workloads and critical paths from data and present findings.
• Monitor and control the risk management process and mitigation activities.
• Manage executive status reports.

Requirements:

• Relevant bachelor's degree, with a preference for Industrial Engineering and Management.
• At least 3 years of experience as a PMO – mandatory.
• Experience with MS Project and Excel – mandatory.
• Significant advantage for experience in development/integration/migration projects.
• Significant advantage for experience working in large organizations.
• Ability to work under high pressure on multiple tasks.
• Ability to analyze data and present implications in senior management forums.
• Experience working with overseas suppliers/customers – an advantage.
• High-level proficiency in English – mandatory.
