Assistant Controller

We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly motivated, and independent Assistant Controller for our Israeli subsidiaries.

Responsibilities

• Preparing the quarterly and annual financial statements (including transfer pricing, FX and intercompany reconciliations) in accordance with IFRS.
• Preparing the annual tax reports.
• Monitoring the accounting procedures (processes) and internal controls (ISOX).
• Preparing monthly reports for regulatory requirements (ISA).
• Assistance with preparation of the group budgets or forecasts.
• Monitoring and analyzing actual results vs. budget.

Qualifications

• Licensed CPA , BIG 5 audit experience – a Must.
• Extensive knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS) – a Must.
• High level English – a Must.
• Familiarity with NetSuite / SAP system – an Advantage.
