Java Team Lead

Responsibilities:

Lead a team of software and QA engineers: manage, mentor, and cultivate growth. Develop and maintain a collaborative and effective work environment for

your team and through the company with other teams, departments, and partners. Manage the software development life cycle in an agile environment, and help to prioritize and remove obstacles.

Position Requirements:

• At least 3 years of proven software leadership roles.
• At least 5 years of solid programming experience in Java/ Kotlin server-side development in Linux environment.
• In depth experience with high level software architecture and feature design - Must
• Experience in SQL, NoSQL and SpringBoot framework
• Experience with REST or GraphQL APIs.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex scalability and performance issues.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Develop and maintain a collaborative work environment for your team.
• Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work.
• Strong technical skills with the ability to drive architectural changes and new technologies adoptions.
• People's person with good communication skills to mentor and motivate.

Nice to have skills

• Experience with Reactive programming,
• Experience with Kotlin and Kubernetes.
• Experience with networking and security software solutions
• BSc. in Computer Science from leading universities/Colleges
• Experience with front-end technologies, preferably Angular 13+.
• Familiarity with DevOps CI/CD methodologies and tools.
