Reports to: Director of Products & Programs Management

Location: Afek Industrial Park, Rosh Ha'ayin

General Description:

• The Product Manager will be responsible for planning and execution of all product activities throughout Kornit’s solutions product lifecycle.
• Managing IB products including prioritizing features and enhancements based on market needs

and translating to technological roadmap and managing interfaces in the organization to ensure

delivery on time, quality and cost.

• Responsible for the Kornit’s consumables PLC.
• Execution of Kornit’s PLC.
• Identifying, defining, and managing strategic collaborations with 3rd party counterparts
• Managing and executing sales-enablement activities such as sales training, technical pre-sale activities etc.
• Be an expert of the market, technology, and competitive landscape.

What will you do?

• Gather market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers, partners, and experts.
• Define a clear business plan and GTM strategy per product
• Define requirements and follow their execution
• Manage all products aspects vis-à-vis all relevant internal units in the company (e.g. Sales, R&D, Support, Operation), throughout the product lifecycle
• Create sales tools and manage knowledge transfer and training of global sales force, including partners
• Manage products’ roll-out and launch plans
• Manage beta customers’ engagement
• Create competitive analysis and competitive positioning documents
• Address new market opportunities, handle collection and analysis of relevant data to enable business decisions
• Work with external third parties to assess partnership models

What should you have?

• Extensive global customer facing experience.
• Proven track record in leading significant multidisciplinary focused projects
• Familiarity with business intelligence solutions – an advantage
• Familiarity with printing technologies – an advantage
• High level English
• Analytical skills
• Great interpersonal skills, independent, strong technology orientation and learning capabilities
• Good presentation skills
