Hands-on Tech Lead

About us:

Samplead is a fast-growing, seed-funded, early-stage startup, developing an AI-first product that revolutionizes sales development in B2B companies. Samplead already has a working product and dozens of paying customers from industry-leading companies across various sectors, including cyber, fintech, and more. Team-wise, we currently have 10 employees (all based in TLV), and plan to grow significantly in the upcoming few months.

What are we looking for?

• A motivated and experienced hands-on Tech Lead with experience in building SAAS products.
• Versatile developer who can handle all aspects of the software development life cycle, from planning and design to coding, testing, and deployment.
• Team player who is looking to join an early stage startup, make a true impact and take part in building the next big solution in the sales world.

What will you do?

• Hands-on product development (backend & frontend).
• Lead the development of new features, from architectural design through to coding and deployment.
• Lead a team of fullstacks and AI researchers to build state-of-the-art AI Agents.

Required experience

• 8 Years experience as hands-on Full Stack or Backend Developer - must
• Tech team leader (or equivalent military background) - advantage

Required skills:

• Typescript, Python - must
• Extensive Hands-on experience with cloud environments (AWS/Azure) - must
• Database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc) - must
• Experience with building SAAS products - advantage
