תיאור משרה:The Director of Digital Employee Productivity is responsible for leading the strategy and implementation of digital tools and operations that enhance the productivity of employees across the organization. This role involves overseeing the IT support operations, deployment of digital workplace solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems, and driving adoption among the workforceResponsibilities and Duties:Develop and execute a comprehensive digital employee productivity strategy aligned with the organization’s goals.Lead the IT Help Desk and Field support operationsLead the IT NOC & IT Major Incident and Change management process Lead the digital tools and services that enhance the employees productivity including PC technology, Office365 and conferencing servicesLead cross-functional teams to implement digital solutions that streamline workflows and improve employee engagementCollaborate with IT, HR, and other departments to identify productivity challenges and develop innovative solutionsManage vendor relationships to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and productsMonitor and analyze the effectiveness of the service operations and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvementStay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge |Qualifications:Proven experience in leading complex IT service & Support operati Proven experience in managing outsourcing service operation Strong understanding of ITSM / ITIL framework and digital workplace technologies Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with all levels of the organization.Analytical mindset with a focus on delivering measurable results.
