CPA/ ADV for Corporate Tax Advisory

A prominent and successful firm specializing in corporate tax consulting for Israeli companies is looking for a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Attorney (ADV) with expertise in Israeli corporate taxation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review annual and quarterly tax adjustment reports for public companies and annual reports for private companies

- Provide guidance and consulting on client transactions, including mergers, spin-offs, real estate transactions, R&D, and approved enterprises

- Obtain pre-rulings from tax authorities

- Represent clients in assessment discussions regarding income tax, VAT, national insurance, and deductions

- Offer ongoing consulting, including the issuance of professional opinions

- Prepare professional tax circulars and conduct seminars and courses

- Assist in due diligence and valuations, ensuring proper presentation of tax statements

- You will have the opportunity to work with experienced Directors and Partners across the firm, as well as senior stakeholders at the largest and most prestigious hi-tech companies in the country.

This is a Full-time, on-site position based in Tel Aviv

Requirements:

- Licensed CPA or ADV

- At least 4 years of experience in corporate tax advisory within an accounting or legal firm

- Proven experience in participating in tax assessment hearings

- Strong experience in drafting tax opinions for tax authorities
