תיאור משרה:Position RoleTo manage relationships within capital markets in Israel and ROWTo increase engagement with different capital market participants, raise the company's profile in international markets (specifically US) while maintaining Elbit's market positioning as one of Israel's leading blue-chip companiesTo formulate an IR and capital markets strategy and execute it in a manner which supports Elbit's corporate strategy Candidate key qualifications: Strong background in capital markets with a minimum of 4 years of experience in one of the following areas: Investor Relations, Equity Research, Investment Management, Investment Banking (ECM or M&A) - NecessaryExperience working with US and other foreign investors – AdvantageSelf driven individual – NecessaryExcellent communication and marketing skills. English and Hebrew as mother tongue. Ability in preparing and delivering oral and written statements.Excellent grasp of finance including financial statements analysisAdapts well within the setting of a large cap finance HQ. Curious individual with distinctive interpersonal skills A good understanding of defense markets as well as the technological and operational capabilities of Elbit's solutions and the challenges they are designed to addressRole is based in Israel and includes significant international travelThe IR director will report to the CFO and interact with the Brand and Communications VP
