Client Manager

We are a dynamic and innovative creative marketing agency seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Manager to join our team.

As a Client Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing client communications, building marketing strategies, overseeing creative projects, and maintaining strong client relations.

This position offers a unique opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, develop creative campaigns, and contribute to the growth and success of our agency.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong and lasting relationships.
• Understand clients' business objectives, target audience, and marketing needs to develop effective strategies and campaigns.
• Collaborate with the in-house creative team, including designers, copywriters, and strategists, to develop innovative and impactful marketing solutions.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.
• Provide regular updates and reports to clients, keeping them informed about project progress and results.
• Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and expand client accounts, driving revenue growth for the agency.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Act as a brand ambassador for our agency, attending client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Client Manager, Account Manager, or similar role within a creative agency or marketing environment - strong advantage
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related field - strong advantage
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional customer service and understanding their unique needs.
• Solid understanding of marketing principles and strategies, with a creative mindset to develop impactful campaigns.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• A passion for creativity, marketing trends, and a desire to continuously learn and grow in the field.
• Exellent verbal and written communications skills (Hebrew & English), with the ability to effectively convey ideas and information.
