Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. This role will involve leading the quality assurance efforts across the company to ensure the highest standards of quality for our products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance strategy across all company operations.
• Establish and maintain quality standards for all products, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and industry standards.
• Oversee quality control processes, from product development through production and delivery.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including development, software, hardware, mechanical, procurement, and engineering, to integrate and align quality processes.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to address any quality issues.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory and industry standards related to satellite communication and aerospace, including AS9100.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Extensive knowledge of regulatory and industry standards related to satellite communication and aerospace, including AS9100 and ISO 9100.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in quality assurance and expertise in defining and implementing quality standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• High-level English proficiency.
