R&D Team Lead

We're seeking a talented and experienced R&D Team Lead to lead our monetization ad ops and product ‘s strategy. The role includes:

• Managing a team and the technology roadmap.
• Helping builds our next-generation, top-of-the-line systems.
• playing a critical role in the technical direction of the company, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy.
• Ensuring the solution can scale up significantly.
• Responsible for the product development cycle from end-to-end: from ideation, competitive analysis, client’s validations, through discovery with R&D, specs writing to launching, A/B testing and monitoring.
• Collaborate effectively with sales, cs and marketing teams, to obtain requirements and design innovative solutions that meet our strategies.
• Regularly meet clients to learn about their pains and problems. Obtain market insights directly or through customer-facing teams.

Job Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a R&D Team Lead, demonstrating the ability to oversee the delivery of products from start to finish.
• Experience working in Ad-Tech companies and with web, B2B products is a big advantage.
• More than 5 years of hands-on development experience.
• Excellent leadership skills and the ability to grow and mentor an engineering team.
• Experience in defining work methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills; able to derive insights from data and adept at solving complex problems.
• Proficiency in programmatic ad ops, including Google Ad Manager, and Monetization Protocols like Prebid.
• Excellent communication skills ability to effectively engage with partners and customers.
• Fluent and proficient in English (verbal and writing).
