Logistics Coordinator

A Logistics Coordinator is needed for a leading international e-commerce company in the beauty and wellness space. Pleasant and dynamic work environment, long-term position. In Herzliya.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for operations, inventory management, and shipment reconciliation.
• USA domestic shipping.
•  Work with vendors, customs brokers, and freight carriers to manage import/export to the USA, Canada, and UK.
• Ongoing managing and tracking of shipments.
• Requesting quotes, analyzing, comparing, and optimizing.
• Managing sales orders, track and manage financial data, and payment reconciliation.

Qualifications:

• Native-level English is mandatory.
• Computer skills, experience working with Gmail, Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Must be driven, a fast learner, hard-working, highly organized, attentive to detail, reliable, and a go-getter!
• Experience in ERP systems is an advantage.
• BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration is preferred.
