We're on the lookout for a passionate and skilled Marketing Designer to join us on our journey. As a key player in our team, you'll have the exciting opportunity to shape our brand identity and visual narrative. You'll report directly to the Director of Brand Marketing. Your role will involve brainstorming project ideas, maintaining the consistency of our brand's look in all your work, and keeping abreast with design trends, best practices, and technology while developing a deep understanding of our product and target audiences.

What you’ll do:

• Foster collaboration with key stakeholders to gain insights into business goals and translate them into visually compelling solutions that resonate with our target audience.
• Architect, refine, and continuously evolve our brand guidelines, crafting a robust design system that serves as the cornerstone for all visual and brand elements.
• Ensure seamless consistency across diverse platforms, products, and communication channels.
• Lead impactful design initiatives that play a pivotal role in shaping our market positioning and enhancing brand perception.
• Conceptualize and execute innovative creative solutions that set our brand apart in a competitive landscape, capturing the attention and loyalty of our audience.
• Ideate and design visuals that drive measurable business goals, aligned with best practices in different media and channels.
• Create high-quality videos aimed at engaging audiences across the funnels, enhancing our brand, and boosting our communication efforts.
• Oversee management of incoming design traffic and manage the scheduling and prioritization of design briefs, facilitating smooth communication between the creative team and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• A visionary creative with an innate passion for brand design, driven by the desire to make a lasting impact and leave a memorable imprint.
• 5+ years of stellar experience as a Creative Designer, in a technology company, ideally in SaaS companies or AI.
• A portfolio that showcases a rich tapestry of design endeavors, spanning brand development and strategic initiatives, reflecting your prowess and versatility.
• Proficient in the art of digital and print design, including compelling online campaigns and social media content, both organic and promoted.
• Adept at animating graphic elements and video editing.
• Collaborative by nature, with a proven track record of seamlessly working alongside multidisciplinary teams to bring technical visions to life.
• A natural leader in articulating conceptual ideas and design rationale, adept at driving discussions within a user-centered design framework, with a keen eye for cracking creative concepts.
• A flair for smart copy that infuses an edge into the creative and ensures on-point deliverables
• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities are essential for fostering synergy and driving projects forward.
• Possess the adaptability, flexibility, and accountability needed to thrive in fast-paced environments
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines while juggling multiple projects with finesse
• Mastery of design tools and adept at learning new tools especially those driven by AI
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field.
