Role Description

This is a full-time role for aCTO & Co-Founder (Hands-On Role) at QSplit. The CTO will be responsible for leading a team of software engineers and overseeing the development of web applications. The day-to-day tasks include software development, team leadership, and ensuring the adherence to best practices in object-oriented programming (OOP). This is a hybrid role, with the team based in Tel Aviv District, Israel, but with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Expertise in API and SDK development
• Strong skills in software development and programming
• Experience in team leadership and managing software projects
• Proficiency in object-oriented programming (OOP) principles
• Experience in developing web applications
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Experience with fintech or financial services is a plus
• Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus
