We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our product team. As a Director of Product, you will be responsible for planning and leading our innovative product development. Our product managers are leaders, independent and dynamic, who face challenges from different fields and have a strong market-customer focus.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, prioritize, and define product initiatives in accordance with the product roadmap.
• Drive the product development process end-to-end from discovery, through definition and design, to development and deployment.
• Collaborate with R&D, Product Design, Data, QA, and Go-To-Market teams.
• Gather needs from existing clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders, translate them into detailed requirements and prototypes, and lead their execution.
• Act as the go-to person for the “why” and the “what,” and an excellent partner on the “how” of product development.
• Get to know our customers, users, markets, and competitors through continuous research and interviews.
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and partners to help shape the company product roadmap.
• Experience writing product-related documentation.
• Experience building products that have both AI/ML and user experience components.
• Mentor and apply methodologies to junior product managers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and development.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a product manager.
• Experience in turning ideas into detailed technical specifications for software products.
• Ability to write and present efficiently in English.
• Technological background – Software or hardware development, system engineering, etc.
• Hands-on initiator.
• Experience in mentoring junior product managers and applying advanced product management methodologies.
• Experience in a B2B SaaS company.
