Software Engineer

A startup in the AI sector has developed a platform that provides solutions for B2B companies using generative AI tools. Essentially, it acts as an "AI psychologist," ensuring generative AI applications function correctly, allowing companies to use them safely.

Traditional methods aren't advanced enough to address these challenges, and their product offers organizations a reliable resource that works efficiently.

The founders are two successful entrepreneurs who have previously established strong companies, one of which was sold. They have raised $3 million so far.

About the role

• Build from scratch: Take raw concepts and build complete, polished solutions that solve real problems

• Develop Enterprise-grade solutions: Create fully productized deliverables ready to be used by the pickiest of Enterprises

• Generate Demos and Mockups: Quickly build pieces of software that can be demonstrated to customers as examples of what our product can do

• Build the next generation of Generative AI software: Implement innovative deep tech solutions that push the boundaries of what's possible. Build, design, and deploy complex software solutions

• Become an LLM expert: Train, fine-tune, and understand the internals of these powerful language models

• Collaborate with the best: Learn from and work alongside experienced engineers and industry veterans

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience crafting end-to-end solutions that wow users and solve real problems

• BSc in Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent real-world experience

• Proven track record of successfully taking ideas from concept to launch, leaving a trail of successful projects in your wake

• Knowledge and experience with LLM (Large Language Models), including training, fine-tuning, and advanced applications

• Excellent communication skills, to collaborate effectively with love for sharing knowledge
