Scrum Master

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Scrum Master to join our Release Management team. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for fostering a collaborative environment within and across teams. You will facilitate the Agile development process, remove impediments for the team, and ensure that Agile principles are adhered to.

Responsibilities:

• Guide and coach the Scrum Team and other teams on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to increase customer satisfaction
• Lead daily scrum, sprint planning meetings, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies
• Assist the product owner with keeping the backlog refined and prioritized
• Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
• Empower the team to self-organize and grow cross-functionality
• Remove impediments to the team's progress to ensure sprint goals are met
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement
• Be Transparent on commitments: Communicate to stakeholders (in a timely manner) of any significant deviations of sprint commitments
  
  

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role in a software development environment
• Strong knowledge of Scrum theory, rules, and practices
• Knowledge of Agile techniques such as directing PO on the right way to write User Stories, Continuous Integration, Test Driven Development (TDD), Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games
• Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
• Organizational and time management skills
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I) is a must
