Temporary position for 3 months

Location – Tel Aviv or Haifa

We are looking

Key Accountabilities:

• Source technical goods and services.

• Negotiates pricing with suppliers to deliver businesses requirements at the lowest total cost of ownership, in accordance with Company policies and procedures.

• Issues Purchase Orders for equipment & materials.

• Track, advance and maximize the internal approval processes (SAP).

• Track and expedite PR's/PO's (SAP)

• Work with suppliers to mitigate delivery discrepancies and clarification.

• Support the Contracts and Procurement team activities.

• Create, embed and maintain effective working relationships and communicate across the business

• Communicate and co-operate with external stakeholders including: vendors, customers etc.

Skills:

Strong communication skills with supervisors, peers, vendors and more

• Excellent spoken and written English (business)

• Flexible with can-do attitude

• Problem solving orientation

• Advanced organization skills & high attention to detail
