As a Digital Content Writer, you will play a crucial role in crafting content that drives our digital presence, focusing on organic and earned media channels. Your efforts will directly enhance user engagement and lead generation through SEO-optimized articles and engaging social media content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and contribute to high-quality, research-driven content tailored to B2B2C technology audiences. Formats include blog posts, articles and interviews, web pages, white papers, case studies, videos, advertising, marketing emails, and social media updates, each tailored to different stages of the buyer’s journey.
• Collaborate with product teams to translate complex software features into clear, engaging digital content.
• Collaborate with designers on visually rich and/or structurally complex materials, like infographics and web pages.
• Implement SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines.
• Help manage an editorial calendar to ensure the timely delivery of digital content.
• Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to optimize future content strategies.

Requirements:

• Education: A degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 2 years of B2B writing experience in the technology or SaaS space.
• Skills:
• Excellent English writing and editing skills, with a strong interest in and facility for conveying specialist domain knowledge to a business audience, clearly and with creative flair. 
• (Bonus) Experience writing for the US market.
• The ability to research independently and to digest large amounts of data and opinion in order to create the most accurate, insightful, and up-to-date digital content.
• A mature approach to working independently and collaboratively in a company where roles and assignments can be fluid; the ability to establish clear priorities and manage multiple demands for time and other resources.
• Ability to understand and communicate business and technical information effectively.
• Proficiency in SEO principles and content optimization.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML/CSS.
• High computer literacy and ability to learn new software.
• (Bonus) Video editing skills.
