Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and driven Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting and executing innovative marketing strategies to elevate our products and services. Additionally, you will oversee the management and optimization of the company's digital assets, ensuring they align with our overall marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop our marketing strategy: Collaborate closely with our sales and product teams to strategize on outbound marketing efforts and position Boost as a market leader. Develop and execute strategic plans for product launches, go-to-market strategies, and adoption initiatives.
• Digital Assets Management: Oversee and manage all digital assets, including the company website, LinkedIn page, and YouTube channel. Collaborate with a PPC agency to optimize ad campaigns and develop high-quality content for the company blog. Ensure all digital platforms are up-to-date, user-friendly, and aligned with our marketing strategies and goals.
• Sales Materials and Training: Create compelling sales materials and train the sales and account management teams to effectively communicate product value.
• Event Management: Organize and manage both physical and virtual events, such as webinars and industry events, from concept and planning through to execution. Ensure all aspects are covered A-Z, creating valuable activities for both potential and existing customers.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate strategies and activities with sales, PS, CSM and products teams.
• Continuous Learning: Become a subject matter expert in your domains by listening to sales calls and speaking with our implementation team and clients to understand our market positioning, trends, and buyer personas.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of relevant marketing experience in a B2B environment.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly to internal audiences, customers, and the market (e.g., by taking the stage at industry events).
• Experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting data, performing qualitative research, and distilling results into actionable key takeaways.
• Natural curiosity and a desire to deeply understand customer segmentation, technology, and product-market fit.
• Familiarity with PPC advertising and campaign management.
• Ability to work independently while enjoying collaboration as part of a team.
• Joy from collaborating, sharing skills and knowledge with others, and making the business smarter.
• Proven ability to organize and manage events from concept to execution.
