We're looking a Talent Acquisition Partner for a very successful and well funded start-up. We're growing rapidly and searching for a talented and strategic Talent Acquisition Partner to join our amazing HR team.

In this role, you'll be a game-changer, responsible for:

• Partnering with hiring managers across the organization to understand their talent needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
• Crafting compelling job descriptions that resonate with top performers and accurately reflect our unique culture.
• Utilizing your sourcing superpowers to find and attract A-player candidates through various channels, including online platforms, professional networks, and creative outreach.
• Streamlining the interview process, coordinating logistics, and ensuring a positive candidate experience from application to offer.
• Collaborating with the HR team to develop and implement recruitment best practices, including diversity & inclusion initiatives.
• Staying ahead of the curve on industry trends and talent acquisition technologies.
• Owning your metrics and analyzing data to continuously improve our recruitment efforts.

You'll be a great fit if you have:

• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within a fast-paced start-up environment.
• A proven track record of successfully recruiting top talent across various roles.
• Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for building relationships and fostering a positive candidate experience.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
• A data-driven approach with the ability to analyze and interpret recruitment metrics.
