Solutions Architect - Data Center

Solutions Architect

The Solutions Architect is responsible for supporting the Sales Organization with technical knowledge during customer meetings and data center tours. This position will report to the Director, Solutions Architect EMEA, and is based in Herzliya.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide support to our Edge Data Center sales organization.
• Data center solutions design, understanding of peering concepts and vertical account experience.
• Exposure, external customer facing presentation skills with both technical and vision for customer requirements.
• Design, engineer and consult to gather proper documentation for proposal preparation.
• Post-Sales guidance on implementation of data center solutions.

• Excellent and effective interpersonal and communications skills, both orally and in writing.

• Some intermediate CRM, PowerPoint skills required.
• Culturally aware and quick to adapt to working across multiple geographies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in data center industry experience with a focus on Solutions Architecture/Sales Engineering.
• Fluent in English and Hebrew
• Experienced in giving data center tours.
• Experience with International Content, Cable/MSO, Cloud, Retail Hosting, Internet Service Providers and Mobile Operators preferred.
• Experience in an international position within a large telecommunications company (fixed, MSO, mobility, data center, cloud) or proven ability to apply knowledge of one business sector to senior role in another sector.
• Able to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in high-growth business sectors.
• Ability to operate in a performance-driven organization.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Information Technology or equivalent and/or 3+ years minimum working in this capacity.

Travel

• Up to 25% with the flexibility to travel on short notice.
