Job Description:

We are seeking a US qualified Lawyer/writer with extensive experience in litigation within US courts, with a keen interest and background in research, writing, and in training and supervising junior associates. This role is ideal for Expats who previously practiced in the US and have now relocated to other jurisdictions, and are interested in remote work. This role is 100% remote with no geographical restrictions, and a flexible work opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive legal research and draft compelling legal documents.
• Lead and advise litigation cases submitted to US courts effectively from a remote setting.
• Train and supervise junior associates, ensuring high-quality work.
• Collaborate with international teams on cross-border legal issues.
• Maintain a high standard of legal practice and compliance with all bar admissions.
• Adapt to diverse legal environments and cultural settings.
• Write articles and pieces capturing interesting litigation cases.

Qualifications:

• Admission in good standing to any U.S. bar (state of admission is flexible).
• US ABA accredited law school graduates only
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in litigation within US courts. Recent graduates will still be considered if they are admitted in New York, California, Florida, or Texas bars
• Proven track record in legal research and writing.
• Experience in training and supervising junior legal staff.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work remotely and adapt to flexible work arrangements.
