A Day in the Life

• Resolves IT technical problems for the internal customers
• Computer installations
• Recommends systems modifications, alternative tools and solutions in order to improve efficiency and reduce user problems
• Maintenance of Windows servers, Printers, network infrastructure, video conference
• Participate/lead IT projects
• Self-learning of new technologies and systems
• Works independently with general supervision on larger, complex projects / assignments
  
  

Must Haves

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT technical support
• Proven experience in AD, DNS, TCPIP, Windows OS, Security
• High awareness for great customer service (internal)
• High motivation and passion for IT
• Experience in following procedures
• Good English read, write and talk
• Good documentation skills
• Flexible working hours when needed
  
  

Nice to Haves

• IT Related course such as, Microsoft servers, AD, virtualization, networking, cloud computing
• Experience with Azure, AWS, Cisco, Checkpoint and VMware products
• PowerShell/script building
