The Role

As a Core Product Designer, you will take full ownership of the UX/UI, shaping the user experience and visual identity of our product. Joining us at this early stage means you'll be a cornerstone of our rapidly growing company, working closely with a team of bright, curious, practical, and genuinely good people.

Key Responsibilities

• Design the user interfaces and experiences across our product suite.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance the usability and appeal of our offerings.

Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in a UX/UI role within a B2B product-oriented environment (startup, SaaS company preferred).
• Excellent visual design and design thinking skills.
• Experience in delivering clear, accessible, top-notch design specs.
• Team player who knows how to collaborate and brainstorm with all kinds of people from different disciplines.
• Proficient with User Research and UX Research methodologies.
• Proficient with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma) and eager to learn about new technologies, products, and workflows.
• Experience applying Material Design UI components in SaaS platforms.
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates design skills and processes.
• Very good level of English, spoken and written.
• Knowledge of CSS and HTML - a plus.
• Experience with video editing - a plus.
• Experience with content creation and content distribution - a plus.
