Datarails is an Israeli based Fintech Startup in massive growth, and we're looking for a talented, customer oriented Director of UX to join the team!

Datarails is a SaaS B2B solution that tackles one of the biggest challenges in financial departments: the overflowing amount of data that, up until now, was managed by tons of Excel sheets. All those financial reports, forecasts, expenses, analytics? Datarails takes all this data and integrates it into a one, simple, smart report. It consolidates the information, enables finance professionals to follow it, manage it, and create the ever-needed order within the realm of finances. It’s cloud-based, so nothing gets lost, it’s brilliant, so almost every feature can be added.

We are looking for a hands-on Director of UX to join us!

What You'll Do

• Independently manage and grow a team of talented UX designers.
• Collaborate with the product team to research requirements and develop them into clear, simple user flows, wireframes, and designs.
• Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure your designs are implemented precisely as defined.
• Contribute to the development and expansion of our design system.
• Maintain design consistency across all features.
• Conduct and incorporate user research throughout the design and development lifecycle.
• Lead the product UX and design lifecycle, bringing innovation to our platform’s user experience.
• Analyze data and conduct usability sessions with real users.
• Report directly to the VP of Product and collaborate closely with Product Management leaders to define the creative and strategic vision of our products.

• Experienced Product Designer with 5+ years of experience, including at least one role in a complex B2B product/environment.
• This is a hands-on role. While managing the team, a significant percentage of your time will be spent creating designs as part of the team.
• Demonstrated track record of utilizing UX methodologies (requirements gathering, usability testing, feedback sessions, etc.).
• Experience scaling design operations.
• Proficiency in Figma (knowledge of Sketch and/or Adobe XD is also acceptable).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with data products is an advantage.
• Independent, creative, and passionate about UX design.
