Ecommerce Specialist

BOA Ideas was established 17 years ago, focusing on various web projects. We are the e-commerce experts for Shopify, application developers, and builders of third-party integrations that interface with many different systems and applications. Our specialization, areas of interest, and overall knowledge base continue to grow and develop alongside our recruitment efforts.

We are looking for a new member of our E-commerce Specialist team.

The Webmaster accompanies customers in setting up a trade site or improving an existing site on the Shopify platform.

The role mainly combines a technical aspect and direct communication with the company's customers.

You'll be working in a team that is rapidly expanding. For you, this means you can make the role your own and grow!

Role and responsibilities:

• Managing processes across multiple departments
• Entering content and completing the information on websites
• Responsibility for several sites and working with several interfaces in tandem
• Professional and technical training for clients.

Requirements:

• Experience over two years in service positions
• High technical abilities and extensive knowledge of the Internet world
• Excel
• Hebrew and English at mother-tongue level
• Motivation, desire to develop, lead, and influence!

Nice to have:

• Knowledge and working Experience E-commerce world
• Experienced with Shopify
• Experience with training customers on technological systems
• Knowledge and understanding of characterization processes and user experience
• Experience working abroad
• Experience as a project manager
• Knowledge and understanding of characterization processes and user experience
• Understanding Internet marketing tools such as Google, Facebook
• Basic understanding and knowledge of CSS and HTML
