Paper Pundits היא סוכנות שיווק שעובדת עם סטרטאפים צעירים, בעיקר בתחום הבנייה. כרגע, פייפר פנדיטס היא אני, מיטל. ביחד עם הסטרטאפים אני עובדתעל אסטרטגיה ועל הוצאתה לפועל, כולל אתרים, דפי נחיתה, קמפיינים פרסומיים, פוסטים במדיה החברתית, ברושורים וחומרים פרסומיים אחרים.

אני מחפשת מעצבת גרפית שעובדת כרגע בפרליאנסרית, ומעוניינת בעוד עבודה ליומיים-שלושה בשבוע.

הניסיון הנדרש

מעצב גרפי בעל ניסיון רב בעיצוב שיווקי

• הבנה עמוקה של עקרונות השיווק, בהתאם למטרות המותג ואת ההנחיות.
• את יודעת לתרגם תוכן לצורה ורעיונות למושגים גרפיים
• עבדת בעבר עם סוכנויות/מספר לקוחות במקביל
• אתה כרגע פרילנסר
• דובר עברית כשפת אם ובעל שליטה טובה באנגלית

העבודה

• ביסוס השפה החזותית והרחבתה
• עיצוב פוסטים בלינקדאין ובפייסבוק
• עיצוב מצגות שיווקיות
• עיצוב ניזולטרים
• ייצור חומרים שיווקיים כגון עלונים, חוברות וסיכומי כנסים

אודותיך

• ניסיון במיתוג ועיצוב גרפי
• בקיאות בתוכנות עיצוב גרפי כגון Adobe Creative Suite
• ידע בשיווק במדיה חברתית ויצירת גרפיקה ברשתות החברתיות
• יכולת עבודה עצמאית ומרחוק
• כישורי תקשורת ושיתוף פעולה מעולים
• ניסיון בעבודה עם סטרטאפים
• תואר ראשון בעיצוב גרפי, שיווק או תחום קרוב

אחוז תפקיד: 40-60%, עם טווח להרחבה.

Paper Pundits is a B2B marketing agency that partners with startups to turn them into the next big thing in their niche. We provide strategic foundations, help tackle bottlenecks, and launch social media campaigns to help our clients succeed.

Role Description

I am looking for a Marketing Graphic Designer, who is currently freelancing. It’s a contract, remote role responsible for creating visual content such as graphics, branding, and marketing materials.

Who you are

A well-rounded graphic designer with strong marketing design aexprience

• You can demonstrate a deep understanding of marketing principles, aligned with brand's objectives and guidelines.
• You know how to translate content into form and ideas into graphic concepts
• You have worked with agencies / several clients simultaneously before
• You are currently freelancing
• Native speaker of Hebrew and have a good commaned of English

Work you will do

• Design LinkedIn and Facebook posts
• Redesign the leadership team LinkedIn profiles, and support their content creation
• Produce amazing decks to help our client achieve their financial goals
• Establish the visual language of our client's newsletter and support its ongoing distribution
• Create marketing collateral such as flyers, brochures, and conference roll-ups - once a quarter

About you

• Experience in branding and graphic design
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Knowledge of social media marketing and creating social media graphics
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in the B2B tech industry
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field
• Role percentage: 40-60%, with scope to extend.
