Community Manager

We seek an experienced and passionate Community Engagement Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the trading world, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to engage and grow our community through various online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Live Webinars: Plan, host, and manage live webinars to educate and engage with our user base. Ensure smooth execution and address participant queries effectively.
• Q&A Sessions: Organize and conduct regular Q&A sessions to address community questions, provide insights, and build trust within the community.
• Forums Management: Oversee and actively participate in online forums related to fintech and trading. Foster discussions, provide expert insights, and moderate content to ensure a positive and informative environment.
• Discord Management: Create, manage, and grow our Discord community. Engage with members, facilitate discussions, and ensure adherence to community guidelines.
• Social Media Groups: Develop and execute strategies to increase engagement on various social media platforms. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and discussions promptly.
• Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to create relevant content for webinars, social media posts, blog articles, and forums.
• Community Feedback: Gather feedback from the community to help improve our products and services. Communicate user insights to the product development and marketing teams.
• Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze community engagement metrics. Provide regular reports and insights to the management team.

Requirements:

• Trading Experience: At least one year of experience in the trading world, with a solid understanding of trading concepts and terminology.
• Community Management: Proven experience managing online communities, particularly in the fintech or trading sector.
• Webinar Hosting: Experience in planning and hosting live webinars and virtual events.
• Social Media Proficiency: Strong knowledge of various social media platforms, including but not limited to Discord, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Ability to engage and connect with a diverse community.
