Payroll Accountant

We are looking for a Payroll Accountant to join our growing Finance team.

As part of the Finance team, you will be responsible for the payroll process of the company and its subsidiaries.

A day in the life and how you’ll make an impact:

• Manage and prepare the entire Israeli payroll process (hourly and global employees).
• Manage attendance process – vacation, sick leave, military reserve, etc.
• Handling onboarding and terminations of employees.
• Manage pensions, employee benefits, and interaction with the insurance agency.
• Assist and monitor the preparation of global entities’ monthly payroll process.
• Work with the Company’s ESOP advisors
• Work closely with the HR team about payroll & attendance matters
• Act as the focal point for employees’ payroll-related queries.
• Alert and report to the management on potential exposures
  
  

• 5+ years of experience as a Payroll Accountant in a global high-tech company.
• Certified Payroll Controller.
• Experience working with Hashavit payroll software.
• High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Deep knowledge of Israeli labor laws.
• High level of English proficiency (oral and written).
• Ability to prioritize duties effectively, meet deadlines, and cooperate with other team members to accomplish tasks.
• Ability to work and solve issues with an independent, pro-active approach; escalate as necessary.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidence and demonstrate a high level of maturity.
• Service oriented - with great interpersonal skills.
• Maintain a high degree of service and confidentiality.
