AppsFlyer is hiring a dynamic and highly creative individual to join our marketing team as a Creative Video Manager. In this multidisciplinary role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, art-directing, and producing video content that effectively communicates our brand message and creatively engages our audience.
The ideal candidate will have experience in art direction and motion design, both hands-on and as a supervisor. You will work collaboratively alongside cross-functional teams within our larger creative team to develop world-class 360 campaigns.
What You'll Do
- Develop Video Concepts for multiple platforms and needs: Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to create high-quality video content that tells the AppsFlyer story. This includes brand campaigns, paid ads, and dealing with complex professional content such as product explainers, educational content, social media videos, customer success stories, and more.
- Visual planning and vendor communication: Collaborate with our brand design team to create key visuals and storyboards while managing external vendors, such as animators, to ensure they implement our brand correctly and effectively.
- Hands-on capabilities: Specific projects are done internally and require strong hands-on capabilities in editing, motion graphics, and video direction.
- Transform Complex Professional Content into engaging videos: Understand and distill complex information into compelling narratives, impactful designs, and engaging graphics.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders:. Work with various internal stakeholders, to understand their needs and incorporate their feedback into video content.
- Tailor Content for Platforms: Adapt videos for various platforms, such as social media, websites, and internal communications, to enhance reach and engagement. This involves understanding platform-specific requirements and optimizing content accordingly.
- 4+ years experience in video production or art directing, preferably in a B2B SAAS or tech-related industry or a leading agency
- Strong creative and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into visually compelling narratives
- Strong hands-on abilities in design, video editing, video creation, motion design, and attention to detail. Skilled in Figma, Premiere, and After Effects.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills and ability to work within a team
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- A thorough understanding of video and motion trends, marketing trends, best practices, and technologies, including AI tools
