Role Description:

We are seeking a passionate and creative Content Manager for a dynamic fintech startup with robust corporate backing, poised to revolutionize the prop trading sector in the UK and EU and to be our first hire in this role.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-growing fintech startup and shape our content strategy from the ground up. The Content Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and monitoring all content activities.

This full-time, on-site position is based in Herzliya, conveniently located near the train station, Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities:

• Website Content: Oversee the creation, editing, and optimization of website content to ensure it is engaging, informative, and aligned with our brand voice and SEO best practices.
• Blogs: Develop and manage a content calendar for regular blog posts that provide value to our audience, enhance our online presence, and drive traffic.
• Automation: Implement and manage content automation strategies to improve efficiency and ensure timely delivery of content across various platforms.
• Educational Content: Develop educational content that supports our product and customer education initiatives.
• FAQ: Create and maintain an up-to-date FAQ section that addresses common customer questions and concerns.
• Newsletter: Create and curate compelling newsletters that keep our audience informed about the latest updates, news, and insights from TradeApp.
• Social Media: Strategize and oversee content creation for our social media channels to boost engagement and expand our reach.
• Scripts for Videos: Write and edit scripts for educational and promotional videos, ensuring they are engaging and informative.
• Manage Professional Creators: Lead and collaborate with a team of professional content creators across various fields to produce high-quality content.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in content creation and management, with at least 1 year in a senior role within e-commerce or e-learning sectors (experience in fintech preferred).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative content ideas that resonate with our audience.
