Cloud QA Engineer

abra R&D solutions looking for a Cloud QA Engineer to join our team!

We are seeking an experienced Cloud QA Engineer to join our IOT security product development team in B'eer Sheva.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the system even without documentation, share the experience, do I need documentation to do the work.
• Need to take those insights and translate them to concrete AI / tasks
• Follow the existing documentation that we have, see if this is self-explained
• Suggest what to fix, push for fix
• Manual on-boarding, follow it step by step (reverse engineering to what we do automatically)
• All the least privilege permissions - like Gartner…
• Work with the field on feedbacks that raised - help to make it concrete / prioritize
• New features, videos
• Continues improvement of what need to be changed / apply it (e.g. Azure manual on-boarding)
• Work directly with the TW (offload work)
• e.g. Azure EntraID

• Solution view and alignment:
• Extend our FAQ for customers
• CSP best practices Vs. SCA solution
• Be responsive in the SCA Community
  
  

• Can be a strong QA in the cloud, experienced with right CX , documentation
• Cloud knowledge (multi-cloud)
• Good experience with IDP (OKTA / CyberArk Identity)
• Documentation user experience
• Technical, be able to be hands-on - play with the system
• Good personal communication
